This Service provides operational dashboards, compliance reports, and related tools for managed service provider (MSP) operations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing, defrauding, or causing distress or inconvenience to any other person, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of BCS and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Compliance reports made available through this Service are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep report data accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability. Reports may reflect data captured at a point in time and may not represent real-time conditions.
The Service may integrate with or reference third-party platforms and data sources. BCS is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties, and your use of any linked or integrated third-party service is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCS disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of data, profits, or business — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BCS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy practices. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By opting in to SMS communications from BCS IS|IT, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your use of the Service. The types of messages you can expect to receive include, but are not limited to: outage and server-down alerts, incident and escalation notifications, support ticket updates, appointment and scheduling reminders, and operational status notices. Texting cadence varies based on activity and events: for service-related items, messages are sent on a per-ticket basis and continue as long as your support ticket remains open; for outage and incident alerts, you may receive multiple messages per day during an active incident; under normal operations, expect no more than a few messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier; Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal information and mobile opt-in data are handled, is available at bcsisit.com/privacy-policy. For help or support, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. To opt out of all SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us; after opting out you will receive no further messages except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wisconsin.
